By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a package, enrolling in a membership or subscription, booking a session, submitting a form, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Our services, website, and booking forms are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or by parents and legal guardians acting on behalf of minor athletes.
By booking a session, purchasing services, or submitting your information through our booking form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor athlete for whom you are booking. You must have full legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or any minor in your care.
If you are enrolling a minor athlete, you are responsible for ensuring the minor understands and follows all facility rules, safety instructions, and program requirements.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness provides sports performance training, personal training, fitness coaching, youth athlete development, group training, online coaching, assessments, memberships, package subscriptions, training packages, camps, clinics, and related services.
Specific services, availability, pricing, package details, schedules, membership terms, and program offerings may change at any time.
You may be required to create an account through our website, app, booking system, client portal, or third-party platform to access certain services. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login information secure, and updating your account information when needed.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring accounts, bookings, payments, waivers, and participation for minor athletes.
Participation in training, fitness, sports performance, exercise, or athletic activity involves risk. These risks may include soreness, fatigue, muscle strain, injury, illness, aggravation of existing conditions, accidents, or other health-related issues.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not a medical provider. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or rehabilitation from a licensed healthcare provider. Before participating, you should consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider if you or your child has any medical condition, injury, or limitation that may affect safe participation.
By participating in our services, you confirm that you or your child are physically able to participate and that all relevant health, injury, and emergency contact information has been provided accurately.

This section should be reviewed by the client and, where applicable, by legal counsel before agreeing to these Terms.
By participating in any Trilogy Sports & Fitness program, session, camp, clinic, training, or activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training and athletic activity, whether or not such risks are described in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trilogy Sports & Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage arising from your or your child's participation in our services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trilogy Sports & Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your participation or your child's participation in training or programs, your violation of these Terms, or your conduct or the conduct of any participant under your responsibility.
Before participating in services, clients may be required to complete waivers, releases, health history forms, consent forms, emergency contact forms, intake forms, or other required documents. Participation may be denied, paused, or canceled if required forms are incomplete, inaccurate, or not submitted. The completion of forms does not guarantee that participation is risk-free.
Sessions, classes, training blocks, assessments, camps, and other appointments may require advance booking. Clients are responsible for booking sessions properly, arriving on time, and following all scheduling instructions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions and may still count as a used session.

To respect trainer time, facility space, and other clients, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Unless otherwise stated in writing, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as used, charged, or forfeited. No-shows may be charged or counted as completed sessions.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness may cancel, reschedule, or modify sessions due to trainer availability, facility needs, weather, emergency circumstances, low enrollment, or safety concerns.

Payment may be required before services are provided. By purchasing a package, membership, subscription, or service, you agree to the listed price, billing terms, commitment period, cancellation terms, refund terms, and payment schedule associated with that service.
Some services may involve monthly billing, recurring payments, minimum commitments, package expiration dates, or auto-renewal terms. These terms will be provided at checkout, in the client portal, on the invoice, or through written communication.
Clients are responsible for managing their memberships, recurring payments, and billing information. Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not responsible or obligated to provide a refund if a client does not cancel a membership, package subscription, or recurring payment before the next billing date. If a refund is approved for a late cancellation or billing issue, it may be subject to a service charge.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once services, packages, memberships, subscriptions, programs, camps, or training blocks have been purchased. Refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions may be considered at the discretion of Trilogy Sports & Fitness, but are not guaranteed.
No refund is guaranteed for missed sessions, unused sessions, late cancellations, no-shows, failure to schedule, failure to attend, relocation, change of mind, or failure to cancel a recurring payment before the next billing date. Approved refunds may be reduced by transaction fees, processing fees, or service charges.

Training packages, memberships, and session credits may have expiration dates or usage limits. Unused sessions may expire according to the package terms provided at purchase. Sessions are not transferable to another person unless approved in writing by Trilogy Sports & Fitness.
SMS consent is not required to book a session or purchase services. You may leave the SMS consent checkboxes unchecked on our booking form and still complete your booking successfully.

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are triggered by booking activity. Marketing messages may be sent periodically.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Opting out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services or make bookings.

No sharing of your number
We will never sell, share, or disclose your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
All clients, athletes, parents, guardians, guests, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and safely. Participants must follow all instructions from Trilogy Sports & Fitness staff, trainers, contractors, and facility representatives.
We reserve the right to deny service, remove a participant, cancel a booking, suspend an account, or terminate services for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, abusive, or harmful to others. This includes ignoring safety instructions, damaging equipment or property, harassing staff or clients, using inappropriate language, creating an unsafe training environment, or misusing our website, app, portal, or support systems.
Parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to support a positive training environment. Trilogy Sports & Fitness may limit, restrict, or remove spectators if their behavior disrupts training, distracts participants, interferes with coaching, or creates a negative environment. Parents and guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of minor athletes.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness is committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, programming, and support. However, results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including improvements in strength, speed, vertical jump, endurance, body composition, sport performance, injury prevention, playing time, scholarship opportunities, team placement, or competitive results. Progress depends on many factors including attendance, consistency, effort, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and genetics.
Photos, videos, testimonials, training clips, and performance highlights may be used for business, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes only when appropriate permission, consent, or release has been obtained. To request exclusion from media use or removal of existing content involving you or your child, submit a support ticket at trilogyfitpt.com/support. We cannot guarantee removal of content already distributed through third-party platforms.
All content on the Trilogy Sports & Fitness website and related materials — including text, logos, branding, graphics, photos, videos, programs, workouts, training materials, and digital resources — is owned by or licensed to Trilogy Sports & Fitness unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Training programs and coaching materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or used to train others without permission.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, booking platforms, client portals, or partner services. Trilogy Sports & Fitness is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or availability of third-party websites or platforms, including outages, technical problems, user errors, third-party platform changes, or access issues caused by external providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trilogy Sports & Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, representatives, partners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, facilities, programs, or third-party platforms. This includes injuries, lost opportunities, data loss, service interruptions, website issues, scheduling issues, payment issues, or communication delays.
